Pure Flour from Europe participated in the SIAL India trade show 2022 at Pragati Maidan New Delhi from the 01st – the 03rd of December 2022. The PFFEU booth was visited by key stakeholders of the trade. The show proved to be an excellent platform for the dissemination of product information on the key attributes of Pure Flour from Europe.

ITALMOPA

The Italian association of millers representing 82 flour milling companies across Italy, organized a press event to raise awareness on the initiative “Pure Flour from Europe” campaign at the luxurious venue, The St. Regis, Mumbai, on the evening of 13th September, 2022. The event carried forward the initiative to promote exports of Italian soft wheat flours in India as well as to raise awareness of their premium quality, safety and versatility.

The International Food & Hospitality Fair

The 36th edition of AAHAR, Asia’s biggest and the best known international food and hospitality fair, was organized at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. Over the years, AAHAR has become the ultimate destination for global vendors and sourcing professionals. “Pure Flour from Europe” campaign at the International Food and Hospitality Fair in Hall 4, Booth 7 made its mark with the first official “live” event. Daily at the Booth, visitors were able to enjoy some wonderful pizza, pasta, gnocchi and bread prepared by Celebrity Chefs Riccardo Scaioli and Sabyasachi Gorai.

EU Flour Press Event

ITALMOPA organized a press event at the Royal Ballroom of the prestigious Imperial Hotel, New Delhi to mark the launch of the European Commission co-funded “Pure Flour from Europe” campaign. The event represented the official launch of an initiative to promote exports of Italian soft wheat flours in India and to raise awareness of the premium quality, safety and versatility. The Italian Ambassador in India, His Excellence Vincenzo De Luca, graced the event with his esteemed presence. The evening was dedicated to knowing all about Europe’s finest flour including a sit-down dinner with a specially curated EU flour menu. Many leading restaurant owners and culinary experts attended the event including the President of IFCA India, Chef Manjeet Gill.
